How do I place an order?

You can place a promotional products or advertising specialties order online, by e-mail or by phone. You can call us or create an account and order directly from the web. You can always contact us by e-mail and we will personally guide you through the process and advise you on the best products for the best results.

How do I pay for my order?

Most orders from new customers are paid for by check or credit card. After you have established a customer history with us, you will be able to apply for terms.  We can provide you with an invoice for your promotional products if you require an invoice to process a check for pre-payment.

Do you provide samples?

Yes, we can provide FREE promotional product samples (up to $10) to help make your decision easier. If you are in a rush to receive the samples, we simply ask that you provide us with a UPS or FedEx account number.

Do you mail catalogs?
If you enjoy browsing through a catalog, we do provide FREE catalogs displaying a vast array of promotional products.  If you have a particular type of item in mind, we can also e-mail you customized options.

I needed my order yesterday, do you have rush options?

We specialize in rush orders and can get promotional products to you quickly! Call now and start your order. There are thousands of items that can be rushed to you to meet your deadlines. Contact us and we can confirm inventory and production time for your rush order. Just let us know where and when you need the promotional product and we will make it happen!

Do you have a minimum order size?

Every item has a minimum quantity – if you are in need of a very small quantity, call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do you have product pricing on the web site?

We are constantly updating our web site and often show specials, products and their quantity price breaks on our web site. For the most up to date pricing and specials call or e-mail us.

Can I expect set-up charges?

Yes – on initial promotional product orders there are set up charges for creating screens.  It is a flat charge, independent of the quantity you order.  There is typically a set up charge for each color imprinted. However, for exact promotional product reorders, there is either no set-up or a reduced set-up charge. Set-up charges will vary depending on the chosen promotional product and imprinting method.

What artwork formats will work the best?

High-resolution vector-based images created by software such as Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw, with a file ending in .ai or .eps work best. Vector images are very small images that can be edited and adjusted in size in order to provide flexibility when it comes to printing, as the type is converted to outlines. If you need your logo recreated in the correct file format, simply e-mail it to us and we can provide you with an estimate. The art department can typically complete your logo recreation quickly, so as not to slow down the order process. Art charges may apply.

Do you do provide complete artwork and design?

Since we are a full-service marketing company, we can design anything you want to your specs. We specialize in designing complete campaigns that will integrate your website, promotional products and printed materials. We can take your high-res artwork or previous designs and recreate them, modify them or fine-tune them, or we can start from concept and design something brand new just for you. Obviously, the best high-resolution artwork you can provide us, the better it is, but we can begin from scratch if need be. Art charges may apply.

How will my order be shipped?

All of our promotional products are shipped either UPS or FedEx ground unless otherwise specified. The shipping and handling cost is typically not included in your promotional products quote unless requested. The final shipping cost will be provided once your order ships. If you have a rush order, we can provide you with expedited shipping methods to meet your event date.
